Herospin Terms and Conditions cover the rules for using the platform: account management, bonuses, withdrawals, dispute resolution and more.

The Herospin Terms and Conditions are the contract between you and the operator that runs the brand site. They set out the rules for opening and using a player account, how bonuses and promotions work, how deposits and withdrawals are handled, the limits of our liability and what happens in the event of a dispute. By opening an account, depositing or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. We recommend that you reread them at registration and again whenever a material change is notified by email, so that nothing comes as a surprise.

Who can register and use Herospin?

Registration is open to adults aged 20 or over. You must be a resident of a country where online gambling is legally permitted under local law, and you must not be using a virtual private network or proxy to disguise your real location. You may hold only one active Herospin account at a time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any stakes returned in line with our policies. Accurate registration details, including name, date of birth and address, are required and must be kept up to date.

You are responsible for the security of your account, including the strength of your password and the safekeeping of any device used to log in. Two factor authentication is available and we strongly recommend turning it on. Sharing an account with another person is not permitted.

How do bonuses and promotional terms work?

Each promotion on Herospin Promotions has its own specific terms that sit alongside these general terms. Specific terms cover the minimum deposit, the wagering requirement, the maximum bet during play through, eligible games, bonus validity and the maximum cashable amount. By opting in to a bonus, you accept those specific terms in full. If a player attempts to use a bonus in bad faith, for example by playing strictly to clear wagering at minimum risk, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.

Only one active bonus runs on your account at a time. You can complete or cancel an active bonus at any point. Cancelling forfeits any bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, but never your own cash. If you ever find a term unclear, ask support before opting in. What rules apply to deposits and withdrawals?

Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. Third party payments are not permitted. The same method, where supported, will normally be used for the first withdrawal under standard anti money laundering rules. All withdrawals are subject to identity, age and source of funds verification on first request, and may be subject to spot checks on later requests. Withdrawal speed depends on the method. Crypto and e wallets are typically released within the hour once verified. Cards and bank transfers usually clear within one to three business days.

Currency conversions are performed at the published exchange rate at the time of transaction. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. Suspected fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks, may result in the account being closed and any associated balance withheld pending investigation.

What happens if there is a dispute?

If you are unhappy with anything that has happened on your account, contact support first. Most issues are resolved on the spot. If the answer you receive does not address your concern, you can ask for the case to be escalated to a senior agent, who will review the full case file and respond within a defined window. If you are still not satisfied, you can ask for the case to be escalated to the operator complaints team, whose response is the final internal step.

Beyond the internal process, you have the right to refer a dispute to the licensing authority that regulates the operator or to an independent dispute resolution service named in the full terms. Updates to these terms are posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are notified by email.
